TASH Wellness programming is designed with the science of aging and function in mind. We are not about the newest fad. We use programs based on science and proven techniques that showcase the uniqueness of our bodies as we age. We encourage training in a group to help with the growing problem of isolation in our world.

Group training helps build that sense of community in small groups while recognizing each member’s individual goals and individual limitations.
These workouts may be station-to-station with a different exercise at each station, or the group may be all doing the same workout all at once. Whichever the case may be, the skills for you individually will be specific and modified for your body to prevent injury. We work WITH your limitations not avoid them.
We offer three types of group training (semi-private sessions, small group sessions and large group sessions). Semi-private sessions great marriage between one-on-one personal training and small group training. This is a great way of achieving your health and wellness goals without being in a larger group of participants. Small group sessions and large group sessions are a less expensive alternative to personal training and semi-private training while also working in groups and supporting one another through peer motivation and camaraderie.
2-4 members will work with one trainer in a 30-minute training session.
5-10 members will work with one trainer in a 30-minute training session.
10+ members will work with one or more trainers in a 30-minute training session.
